Answers:
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Since many of our items are made to order, delivery times vary based on the manufacturer. Each category (section) of our web site contains an Availability statement. Refer to these statements for average delivery times. We will contact you if there is a delay, at which point you will have the option of canceling your order or waiting on a backorder.

Is there a telephone number for customer service?
Yes. Our customer support number is (832) 758-1082. Please call between the hours of 8:01pm and 10:00pm Central Standard Time (CST), Monday through Friday  or between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm CST, Saturday.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Currently, we only charge sales tax to residents of the 77375 Tomball, Texas zip code. Sales tax is charged on merchandise only.

However in November of 2003 the US congress will lift the moratorium on Internet based taxes at which time we will have to alter our policy.

 What will I pay for shipping?
Presently, shipping is roughly 10% to 15% of your total sale. When you place your order a shipping chart will be displayed. Calculate your cost based on the total amount of the merchandise ordered.

 How do I know my order has been shipped?
Dunnright.com sends two e-mail confirmations. 1) To confirm your order and 2) To let you know your item(s) has been shipped.

What happens if the item(s) I order is out of stock?
We will contact you promptly if an item you have ordered will not be available within the stated time (See category (section) Availability statements .) Once contacted you will have the option of canceling your order, ordering a replacement product, or waiting for a backorder.

 How are returns handled?
Our Return Policy is as follows:

Please check your items for damage upon receipt. If your item(s) has arrived in damaged condition, contact us within 5 days of order receipt. Also contact the common carrier that delivered your package. Please keep all documentation and packaging. We will make arrangements for a refund or replacement.

For items you simply do not like once they arrive, maybe due to incorrect dimensions or color, you may return them for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

When you return an item, please package it securely in its original packaging if possible, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return on your invoice.

You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.

In the case of refunds, if you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. For payments in the form of check or money order a company check will be issued to you.

Your invoice will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, you may return merchandise to:

When will my credit card be charged?
At the time you place your order, for our protection, we run an authorization on your credit card for the total dollar amount of your sale. However, your sale is processed (charged) as listed below:

  • For items that ship within 2 to 3 weeks your credit card will be charged when the item(s) actually ships.
  • For items that ship within 4 to 8 weeks you will be charged a 50% deposit when the manufacturer commits to making your item(s). The remaining balance (50%) will be charged when your order actually ships. If the manufacturer cannot commit to making your item(s) within the stated time, we will contact you for directions, on how you wish to handle your order.

 Will my name be added to an e-mail marketing list?
We add customers to our database (aka: our e-mail distribution list) automatically when they sign up to receive our newsletters and announcements, when they go through our checkout process, or when they complete our customer survey.

To discontinue any e-mail notifications from us, simply e-mail us a message stating your desire to UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field.
