| Please check your items for damage upon receipt. If your
item(s) has arrived in damaged condition, contact us within 5 days of order receipt. Also contact the common carrier that delivered your package. Please keep all documentation and packaging. We will make arrangements for a refund or replacement.
For items you simply do not like once they arrive, maybe due to incorrect dimensions or color, you may return them for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
When you return an item, please package it securely in its original packaging if possible,
and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return on your invoice.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
In the case of refunds, if you paid for your order by credit card,
a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement. For payments in the form of check or money order a company check will be issued to you.
Your invoice will indicate where you need to send your return.
